Web Design, Web Development, Maps Integration, Parallax Javascript
With a customized parallax animation library, Tonnec was able to create a single page site with heavy use of images that scrolled elegantly on any size of browser—from desktop computers to iPads to mobile phones

When Parallax libraries just aren't smooth enough

There are plenty of javascript libraries or plug-ins available on the internet that perform some simpler parallax animations and are easy for any developer to use. But with responsive site designs and SEO requirements, modern day websites need parallax scrolling events that adjust with the vastly different layouts tailored to each size browser screen. In order to optimize loading times, they also need to be able to handle responsive images.

Finding that they were all just a little bit lacking in the client's demands (particularly when adding the WeChat web browser requirement for China-based businesses), we decided to create a simple, lightweight parallax script just for them.

Baidu Maps Integration and Location Management

In order to allow beer lovers access to their wonderful brew, we created location finder by building an entire vendor management system and integrating it with Baidu maps. Visitors to the site are able to use their phone's geolocation to find the closest venues stocking Brander Urstoff beers.
