Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific had been using a standard file sharing system to pool their resources, but they needed something that was much more powerful and had more of a human touch.

Instead of a system that simply allowed you to search by file name, we created an entire internal web portal that aggregated news, research reports and databases, allowing users to simply log on and search the internal content.

To make the system more intelligent and specially tailored to their needs we added unique functions like dual-language and similar word searching, so that their many bilingual employees would be able to search a word in english and see the results in chinese as well.
